   After completing his University education in the United States in 1998, Mr. Mohammed joined his father, Mr. Nasser Khammas, the Chairman of the Al Ahli Holding Group, in order to strengthen his hands in developing their family business. He gave a major direction and influence in the growth of Al Ahli Holding Group of companies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mohammed has been implementing many new ideas influencing the entire business sector of the group. Mr. Mohammed has continually nurtured his relationships within the UAEʼs Ruling Families and with many international companies, providing a healthy platform of consistent and rapid growth in developing high profile projects that they participate in.

His role is to provide hands on leadership to development new strategies and to focus on growing and enhancing existing business with a diverse group of companies, in addition to building new developments and business opportunities such as the Dubai Outlet City project.

Mr. Khammas and the talented management team, he now has in place, are determined to achieve their strategic plans and strongly improve the groupʼs business growth overall. As a business the team is wedded to the philosophy of continuous improvement and is determined to beat their previous best performance. This will be achieved by continuing to invest in people, in the company infrastructure and truly unlocking the service innovation.

He also formed with other prominent business leaders the UAE Chapter of Young Arab Leaders Organization (YAL), which became a new platform for a new wave of Arab thinking on regional and global economics and the Arts in 2004. The YALʼs Chairman of the Board of trustees is H. H. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
